I haven`t heard from a tutor I messaged. What should I do?

A tutor can decline a student for many reasons (for example, a full schedule), so don`t be discouraged - the right tutor for you is out there. Messaging multiple (six or seven) candidates makes it more likely you`ll get a positive response. Also, a tutor`s response rate indicates how quickly they are likely to respond to your message.

Once you`ve reached a tutor and decided to request his or her assistance, the tutor can agree via their profile page. At this point a button will appear enabling you to purchase their contact details.

How can I provide feedback?

After you`ve purchased a tutor`s information, you may leave feedback on his or her profile. Log in, click the `members area` and then the `leave feedback` button on the left hand side. You will then be able to write a message, and also give the tutor a one to five star rating.
