When I teach someone something that helps them achieve their goals in their professional or personal life, I`ve had a good day!

My primary focus is providing communication tools for the workplace to improve communications between people at all levels of an organization: face-to-face, by phone, and through writing (email, websites and instant messaging).

I do this through individual and team coaching, workshops (in-person and via webinar), and asynchronous online courses.

Availability: Sundays-Thursdays 8:30am-9:00pm Pacific Time.

Willing to travel: 30 miles

Experience: Over 20 years delivering communications-related training to all sectors: academic, not-for-profit, private and public.

Fifteen years as an employee of the Provincial Government of British Columbia in areas of Information Technology and Organizational Communications.
