I am an engaging and encouraging teaching who believes in good teachers and their impact on students of all ages.

My approach to teaching is tied intimately to the Socratic method: I encourage students to think for themselves by asking questions to guide them to a correct answer. My classes also have rigorous lessons where I prefer first principle approaches rather than hard memorizing so the student can fully understand the material. This is the point of education.

Availability: I am available every day from 8 am to 8pm.

Willing to travel: 2 miles

Experience: I had the privilege to create 3 separate mathematics curricula and teach them to 3 classes in the Vanadzor Technology Center in Armenia. This was part of the Birthright Armenia program that I participated in for the summer of 2017.

Before that I was a math TA for 3 years during my Mathematics degree at McGill where I was teaching and correcting assignments, giving feedback, etc.
