I have always been a very technically smart person with with 26 years experience of Installation, diagnostic and repair experience on various office equipment after completing a Camosun College program (Business System Technician 1987 to 1988) I then started my education with computers in 1995 and was employed at SHL Systemhouse by 1996.

I have expanded my knowledge and experience of hardware, software and networking mostly within a windows environment deploying, maintenance, hardware/ software for various provincial ministries as a external contractor or temporary employee for the duration of the deployment contract.

My IT administration experience was with the Victoria Arthritis Centre (a division of Vancouver hospital) where I independently managed and maintained all of the hardware, software, network support and database management plus other various administrative duties.

I am now currently a computer hardware/software/network technician specialist for my own computer business teaching technology and servicing computers for seniors and also have recent experience in deployment contracts (windows 10 roll outs) for various companies, banking institutions.
